I understand.
In the UK, if I have a UK radio amateur licence and I wish to perform any
kind of communications over the internet, and those communications are
accessible by amateur radio anywhere in the world, -
I have to obey the UK licence if I identify myself by my UK callsign
and
I don't have to obey the UK licence if I don't use my UK callsign as an ID.
Wrong again?
