Ingredients
2 Breakfast cups Plain Flour
2 raised teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Breakfast cup Sugar
1 Breakfast cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Egg
1 Breakfast cup Milk
Instructions
Sift dry ingredients, rub in butter; add sugar and chopped walnuts. Mix
with beaten egg and milk. Bake in a greased loaf tin for 1 hour at 450
Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius)."
