Q: What did Ian bring up?
Q: WAY closer then I...in what way?
Pizza, as you know it in America, is only what you know of the dish.
I mentioned, the lady and mother of my friend from Florence who
explained the idea behind pizza and what she made, and we seem to
spirl off into realms you might not want to tread.
Pizza and it's forms have been known in the Mediterranan area sine
the stone age. It is even mentioned in Roman times, as well
in early Italy.
Italians coming to America, have only brought over their recipes
and Americans are enjoying, just what American GIs enjoyed in Italy
during the war.
What Americans turn out as Pizza they can keep.
Keep to the Chinese food.
Big posting coming if you want. I kept notes and yes even
in some cases acknowledging the sources.
