Ingredients
2 Egg whites
4 ounces (110 grams) Sugar
Instructions
Beat egg whites until very stiff, add half of the sugar and beat with a
wooden spoon. Add remainder of the sugar and beat again. Place spoonfuls
on cold, greased trays and bake slowly about 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 250
Fahrenheit (125 degrees Celsius). When cold put together with whipped
cream "
