MARIA's FISH DIPPING
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
I was so happy to get this recipe from Maria, as she is
holidaying in BRASIL....nice and hot there...so this recipe
has two ways to go, with the option too to grill or BBQ or
fry on the stove top...etc.
One way to process the fish is to mix all into one bowl.,
The other way ,is to have two bowls and dip in each and
repeat for a coating.
Ingredients:-
============
2 Eggs
2 cup of flour
Spices whatever you want.
the flour can be anthing, and well I have other choices there
too, as well procedure. What I used was two bowls, dipping in the
whipped eggs, and then in the flour mixture, back to the egg bowl
and repeating as many times as you want < I went 2 times> and then
to the frying pan < fat free frying > with a splash cover or
pan cover to make it hot.
The other way, Maria showed me via skype, was to mix all eggs
and flour and additives into a bowl and dip there...have not
tried that...but will and up date the impression. My way
makes for washing too many bowls and plates.
Good luck...it is an easy meal, and you can use steak as well
fish, and it seems anything you want to have this interesting
batter covering it.
have fun ... from the Kitchen of Maria in OSASO-SP BRASIL
