Hi Ian and all,

Parsnips are a bit of a departure, something new to me, adding okra and
"reggae sauce" whatever that is sounds quite unique. Have you ever been
to New Orleans? (;->)

Yes, potatoes aren't fattening contrary to popular belief, eating baked
potatoes regularly would enlarge me if they were. Right it's in the oil
so if lard is avoided there's no problem. I was just thinking about
sesame oil, that's what gives certain Chinese dishes a unique flavor. I
wonder sometimes but that's as far as it can go here, I did mention a
fire prevention law that has eliminated frying, baking and broiling for
me since we have no kitchen and other than microwaves all electric
cooking and heating devices are banned. That limits me so many things I
like have been removed from my diet but I manage on what's left... oh
well.

"The answer lies in the oil, matey!"
So now you're a pirate? AAARRR! Reminds me of Peter Pan outrunning
Captain Hook with his auxilliary engine fueled with bacon drippings and
fairy dust. You say it's in the oil, I say it's in the fairy dust and if
you haven't noticed Tinker Bell is the cutest little pixie. (;->)
