Hi Pete and all,
Some strange little voice told me to read that bull, you raised an
interesting point. French Fries are American so why would we be mad at
the French? Home Fries are skinny little things, same cut only toothpick
size. Now if you form hash browns into a cake you have Latka, the Hebrew
name I don't recall but you see Europe was way ahead of us. (;->) Back
when I had a proper kitchen I did it the lazy way, English style chips
and my favorite was and still is chips cut from sweet potatoes... YUM!
Oh and BTW, I wonder if Bob developed a taste for frog's legs.
