Just reading Ian G0TEZ's comment on French Fries, and I
tried to respond but the VA3BAL BBS said RECIPES was too
long etc  etc  etc ... But I guess we're finnal here
and I hope Michael also reads this one , as well Ian.
 
Have no idea in the USA , if they are still mad at the
French over something and still calling them Home fries
or something, but here in Cannuckia...now under snow
still French Fries ... Home Fries are something else
I thought the thick fries and oh well I still love my
hash browns... Oops... gotta keep on topic...ooopso!!!
 
Here in Cannuckia, as I was starting to say, they are
selling with the French Fries, something called "Poutine"
which is added to the gravy n fries ... the Poutine is
bits of cheese.    Interesting addon .
