How to get Pork Crackling just right.
Remove packaging, place in cooking tray with
skin facing up.
Rub a mixture of Olive Oil and salt
(Rock Salt or just your favourite salt) into
skin, and massage well.
Heat oven to 220 celius for approx 1 hour.
This maybe done at the start or finish.
