I agree with Tony. Mankind has always adapted to changing conditions, and
I am sure that he will continue to do so. 

It's a pity there is such superstitious fear of atomic power. In Australia
we have the political party which is dominant in this state saying "No
uranium mining ever in this state", this in a state which has huge
reserves of uranium. If nuclear power is to be banned in this country
someone should be asked to come up with a good reason. They have not done
this so far.

IN the meantime we have oil and coal fired factories spewing pollution
into the air all over the world. Nuclear power stations are multiplying
all the time, with none of the predicted devastating nuclear accidents,
since carelessness caused tow notable ones years ago.
