Here it is as promissed just in time for the Christmas Holiday Dinner. LOL!
Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole
Cooked Rice
Frozen Broccoli (1pkg.) 1 to 1.5 lb.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar cheez whiz
Salt & Pepper
Cook rice according to directions on package. Add soup to rice & stir
together w/seasonings.
Thaw broccoli & stir in cheeze whiz w/ broccoli. Combine the two mixtures
and spoon in casserole pan (9X13) bake until it bubbles (typically takes
about 30Min.) in 350F heated oven.
