WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
* 100gms white chocolate
* 2 eggs, separated
* 1/2 cups thickened cream
Melt chocolate in bowl over hot water. Remove from heat, add egg yolks and
beat with a wooden spoon till smooth and thick.
Fold in whipped cream, then softly beaten egg whites.
Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
