BOYSENBERRY TRIFLE
* 1 tin boysenberries
* 300ml whipped cream
* 1 sponge cake
Place layer of songe in jelly mould, layer of boysenberries, whipped cream,
continue layers finishing with sponge. Cover and refrigerate.
Tip out onto serving dish.
