the correct set for DAYtime is
DA YYMMDDhhmmss
ie 040701080515 for the 01/07/2004 at 08:05:15
Your error is that you put the century (20) instead of the year (04) in front
of set.
Correct please DAYString to dd mmm 20yy hh:mm:ss SAST the day must have two
bits.
