Some stations rec'd blank cards from me by error. I am aware of the
problem and I am resolving it now. Stations who worked XM7P need not re-QSL or
worry about getting a card. You will get one. We have been plagued with
problems and bad luck from the start but we're almost thru it! Pls bare with
us and you should get your card by months end. Those stations that did not QSL
direct will rec a card via the buro which have already gone out. Also, there
is some misinformation concerning my Inet email. It is:
scott.sheppard@rcmp-grc.gc.ca or via ve7ars@sfu.ve7cc.ampr.org. I
prefer the latter.
