Jean Paul ( F5BU ) inform that, due to big damage on Marion Dufresne - the ship,
the foreseen Crozet's operations - unfortunately - will be shorter than the expected.
Nicolas, F4EGX ( as FT1WK ) & Jean Paul, F5BU ( as FT5WJ ) hope to arrive
in Possession Island with a few days of delay and NOT exactly as previously fixed
on February, 5 - 2005.
The Team ( Nicolas & Jean Paul ) will be active, temporary (*), with a very small
set-up only: the current boat... a fishing boat, do not transport more!
(*) Batima's transceiver and 1 KW linear amplifier will - only - arrive on the island
around February, 20 - 2005 with the ( repaired ) Marion Dusfresne.
Nicolas F4EGX/FT1WK will be active on 6mts. - 2mts. & on 70/FM - QRP;
Jean Paul F5BU/FT5WJ on SSB HF ( maybe on: 14.278! ).
