Baldock monitoring facility seems to think this rtty diddler is coming
from Spain.

Exact measured freq is given as 18.16078Mhz with slight drift.

(Not sure if that's measured at mark or space).

More info as I get it.

I can remember another time a Senor Sloppyfingers decided to plonk
his tx on 10Mhz QRM'ing WWV etc.

It took only 35 minutes to go QRT from the time I contacted Baldock,
so fingers crossed, this 18Mhz intruder will go the same way once
their mistake has been pointed out.
