Subject: 18.160Mhz "diddler"
It's been on here for several weeks, a two tone "diddler" on 18.160.
Occasionally there's also a burst of data, which sounds similar
to digital SSTV.
The freq is the same one as used by Sound of Hope + Chinese Jammer.
I've just sent a mail to my contact at Baldock see if any more info turns
up.
