Hi.

This multiplex sounding transmission has been there now for about a week,
as far as I know. Anybody have any idea what it is, or where it comes from?
These commercial intruders seem to operate with impunity on our bands.
About time we had some retribution!

The Italian mess is still on 14.195 too, an amateur this time with a
telephone call that he just transmits on this frequency just to prevent any
DX-pedition from using it. Nice people!
