The qualifications I would think are the same as the version of WinPack.??
BTW..My JCB82 CB rig ( seems that I have a Plant Hire Firm ) is still
connected under my bench together with my 007 Mic. Can't switch it on though
there is a pile of CD's on top of the my Old HF Trio 430S PSU.
There is also fixed under the bench a 10M rig with 25 watt linear that has not
been switched on for over 15 years..yes...it does have the same PSU ???

Of course you would not have. I only broadcast it once every five (5) years
