Hi Dennis,
I can out e-mail on packet and packet on e-mail, do it all the time using
the text editor. I dare not do it automatically since the results can be
highly unpredictable and the possibility of rule violations too great.
Since you seem to be planning to do this automatically I strongly advise
against it for the above reasons AND we have far too much Internet junk
on packet already. Put all the packet on the Internet you like, but
please keep the Internet off packet.
