You asked for it, here it is.

I agree totally that any questionable legalities should be held for 
review and if the message is flat out illegal it should not be forwarded 
because sysops all down the line could have licenses in jeopardy.

What I strongly disagree with (and that's putting it mildly) is blocking 
messages they happen to personally disagree with as you seem to disagree 
with mine. I strongly uphold the first amendment to the Constitution of 
The United States Of America and allowing anyone to voice an opinion in 
any manner of choice within reasonable limits set by normal society.

If you want to play Thought Police, be my guest, you are just showing 
your true colors as a self appointed censor and userper of freedom.
