Me? A VHF/UHF fanatic build at sea level? Nah! I'm half way up a hill with
antennas pointing east. Why east? well, when things start to hum
tropospherically speaking I can work Adelaide and Melbourne on 144 and
432, and they are about 1000 and 1800 miles away across the Bight! No
computers, just pure RF. Ah!
