Now, I really have to wonder too !
IS THIS A TRICK QUESTION ?
All of the transceivers, HF and VHF, that I have use a "nominal" 12 volts
DC power input.
I hate to think what would happen if I wired " a mains plug onto a
transceiver(')s power lead under such circumstances.
My observation is that these days (probably) most transceivers, both HF
and VHF, use a 12 volt DC power input.
