If a vacuum tube's glass was light enough, the tube would float in air.
But normally the volumina of a tube's cavuum is small and the glass is heavy,
so it will stay on ground.
Btw, your TV set will become about 100 gramm heavier if the tube's vacuum
is lost... But on a 30 kilogramm TV that does not make a real difference.
