Hi all out there in packetland. Was just reading a Bull. on balloons. The
author thanked some-one for enlightening him on the origin of a certain
saying in America. Now back in the 60's a musical group had a song about
the Kennedy's - Bobby and Teddy and I made it - was one of the lines I
remember. I have asked a lot of yanks the meaning of K.E.Y. in the line of
the song that goes M I T (Sung very slowly) then K E Y (Sung somewhat
quicker) then a triumphant MOUSE. Now M.I.T. I have no problem with. At
the time the Mickey Mouse club was on TV. The song M I C...KEY MOUSE was
the signature tune of the program. Does the K E Y have any meaning in
Boston? Was it just poetic license?
