For industrial applications the ELCB is set at 100 mA.
There are unit available set at 10 mA ,but these cause too many nuissance
trips. The 30 mA trip setting (probably with a +/- tolerance) is
considered safe and does not cause nuissance trips.
At my QTH Residual Current Detection =RCD cut-out applies to all wall
sockets only.
