Well here is another story of modern day madness.
Mrs or should I say Ms Bondevik Prime Minister of Norway has had a go
at a well known "Put it together yourself" furniture company.
She complained that too many of the illustrations in their assembly manuals
showed males doing the assembly.
She wanted women to be shown putting the furniture together.
The manufacturer replied that they used men because of the sensitivities
of Moslems to having women do this kind of activity.
It has been suggested that pencils could be supplied with the manuals so that
breasts could be drawn on by the purchaser.
Hands up those whose wives have ever done anything like that while you stood
around and watched !
