Congratulations the problem is fixed the winner is the refresh rate and
the need for up dated driver .I found that 60Hz caused resonance right on
the sstv part of 20m band and set it to optimal and all seems great now
where I am sure the higher the refresh rate the better the sn ratio
.Thanks to all those that helped bot on and off the forum .
