PROJECT MILLECOM 2000

An amateur radio youth initiative for the new millennium

FREQUENCIES

The Air Cadets have agreed with the Radiocommunications Agency that the following frequencies can be used by participating units.

3550 KHz to 3750 KHz

7060 KHz to 7100 KHz

14050 KHz to 14300 KHz

145.2000 MHz to 145.5750 MHz

The HF & VHF frequencies are allocation edges and transmissions must only be made between these two frequencies.

CALLSIGNS

The callsign format agreed with the Radiocommunications Agency is M2000Y/and your unit call as allocated by the MoD

As an example if your unit callsign is MRZ99 then the callsign you would use would be M2000Y/MRZ99
