Hello all,
This week end it was a great shame for some stations during
the CQWW SSB part. Lots of them did not follow at all the
IARU band plans which say no SSB under 7040 !
We heard SBB as low as 7.020 MHz and this is not fair at
all for the CW operators, often forced to leave the frequency.
It is not the place to give call sign here but all CW ops
are really sad to see this situation. Those who did not
follow these IARU rules will reckon themselves.... ..
It's just to try to get them understanding that, when they
put their sign at the bottom of the summary page of their
contest sheet, they sign ALSO for this kind of text:
"I have observed the contest rules as well as regulations
in my country and ham radio spirit."
Where was then the "Ham Radio Spirit" ???? ?? They sat down on it !
What about those "official" call sign earned by societies
members of the IARU and...... run by so poor ops ?
I really hope the CQ contest committee will do something
against liers signing wrong summary sheet....
