Hi all,
to all those interested in chess, a colleague and I have built an online
correspondace chess server. Written in c# is available at:
www.chessserver.co.uk
It is free to use, features one to one games, tournaments, leagues,
tables, ladders etc. All you need to do is sign up.
Play is conducted on a chess board in your browser, your latest move is
automatically emailed to your opponent, he clicks the link in the email,
is directed to your game and makes his move. SMS notifications are in the
pipeline.
The 'look' needs a bit of work, but all the functionality is there.
Neither of us are graphic designers, so suggestions would be appreciated.
