I've just surveyed/thought about my local town's radio activity.
The RSGB Callbook liosts 41 amateurs in Whitstable.
That's now down to 40 since on local went SK just before xmas.
Active operators.
Me,G4LQI,G1PVA,2E0ATZ,G4ATX,G0IFS = 6/40
Plus 1 CB'er in town.
I was handed a figure from a prominent local (non radio) person who
stated that this town has a population of 35,000.
Does anyone else have figures for their own town ?
