Charlie M0PZT 's reply prompted me give my experience.
One of my sons bought one of these USB record decks.
He tried and tried but could not get it to work.
He asked me to help.
I too could not get it to work.
In desperation I phoned the helpline.
They led me through getting it to work, the instructions they gave
over the phone were nothing like what was in the manual.
The USB record deck then worked a dream.
So to EI3DIB I suggest phoning that premium rate number.
