What you have there is a regular SATA connactor, next to a SATA power
connector. It looks like 2 L's next to each other, back to back, if you
follow me! The larger L is the power and the smaller is the SATA.
Something like this should let you hook it up to another PC via USB.
Please note i havent used this exact device, but a similar one.
