Hi and thanks for reading.
A few years ago I bought a Tevion TV/Radio Card for my Desktop, very cheap in
the Aldi store and include all software. Tevion Expert TV7134 - PVR PLUS.
PC was running XP-PRO at that time and all was 100% inc Teletext and radio.
With the purchase of a new laptop with Vista installed I have adjusted to
same and decided to install the Vista Ultimat onto the desktop.
Now I am aware of the Microsoft aproach but Vista found the Card and also
installed an update driver SAA 7134 but here my problems started ?
The original software was quoted " Not Compatable " so failed to install.
Windows own Media player ( TV SETUP ) tells me there is no Card installed yet
the Hardware manager tells me it is installed and working ?
I have tried a number of alternative Programes inc Hypermedia Centre that I
was told " Should " work ? so far nothing is, I have also tried taking out
the card and re installing so Vista finds it again, this changes nothing.
Has anyone any knowledge of what software will work with this card under
Vista as I am currently looking at alternative cards but they cost a fortune
and for my limited use would not be worth buying.
