Thanks for reading my request for help,

I am looking for some spoked wheels, two 7inch and one 5inch, all at half
an inch wide. As near as possible they should look like old type bicycle
wheels and made from metal rather than plastic. If anyone knows where I
may get any from it would be appreciated. I have tried local shops,
including model shops and have drawn a blank so far.

My own metalwork skills are not great, but if anyone has the facilities to
make these items I will be happy to pay for some to be made if the cost is
not beyond my reach.

For those curious to know what they are for, I'm making a quarter scale
model of the first aircraft to fly across the English channel. The
original aircraft had 28inch bicycle wheels at the front and a single
20inch at the rear, which were 2inches wide. I hope to have the model
completed and test
flown in time to fly it on the 100th anniversary of the cross channel
flight which took place on the 25th of July 1909. A friend very kindly
found for me a copy of the plans for the full size aircraft from which the
model is being built.
