That is quite right, Mel. That was exactly the same treatment I had a year
after the implant was made to remove scar tissue which had formed, and the
advice I was given was the same.In the instructions you quoted the implant
is mentioned in item 8 (quoted below) so an implant had already been done
as in my case. I was checked for signs of a detached retina after the
laser treatment, but I have had no problems,. I had a couple of little
floaters for a few months but they have disappeared now. I had a check
every year for a few years and now have to go back in two years' time.
