Hi Dick and readers,
Just a follow up on your comment about VER at the command line, it
displays "XP" because there is no DOS under XP. It emulates DOS so any
such programs are run just like in DOS but not BY DOS since there is no
DOS. That's why I said click on the .exe and it will run without going
through all that command line stuff.
