If you want cheap and dirty.... 13.8v power supply, with a car headlamp bulb
in series to restrict the charge current.
Other than that, or perhaps longer term, you can get car battery chargers
which are automatic and quite cheap these days (15-ish). Automatic in that
the stop charging at 13.8v. Get one with a maximum amps output to no more than
the maximum charge current of the battery.
If you don't mind a slow recharge, look at old commercial fire alarm panels
and/or the charger systems in emergency lighting.
