Hi helpers,
Thanks for all of what you believed at the time to be helpful hints.
Unfortunately like my best efforts the nag remained. I entered a plea in
the Court of Last Resort and the judge ruled favorably. I re-registered
Winpack and the nag appeared with my info as it should, this time
unchecking the box removed it. So far it has not reappeared.
Many thanks go to the US regisrar and those who now host the Winpack web
site as well.
One odd thing, when I tried the original URL I was redirected to a search
engine containing a notice the domain name is for sale. Obviously the
original URL is now invalid. The alternate is the one to use, I have a
lousy memory so look it up if you don't know it. (;->)
My only regret is I did not save the original registration info, this
time I'm a little wiser! (;->)
