Hi Dear Reader
My Olympus digital camera has stopped flashing (well we all have to eventually
!). The rest of the beast works correctly. I can't hear any high frequency noise
coming from the camera (but I didn't hear anything before it stopped flashing as
far as I can recall).
I have enquired of Olympus regarding repair - but it is "beyond economic repair"
in their view (I gues that they would like to sell me a new one !).
I would like to continue using this camera for a number of reasons - but it is
less than handy not having the flash working.
Has anyone on list come across this problem - tips for repair - comments etc !
The model is a "Zoom 990c 3.1 Mpx"
