Hello Eldred,
Saw your appeal for help regarding the NE5044N. Seems that
while it is not listed in the ECG listing I have, it IS listed
in another old reference by Barosch (?).
Unfortunately it gives no equivalent component, but it is listed
as a 16 Pin analog IC manufactured by VALVO of Germany
(Wuppertal). Maybe you can try and find this company on the
WEB.
Best of luck....I am still looking for a Circuit diagram for an
FT 501...no luck for me so far !
