I hear/read what you're saying/writing, but it doesn't make proper sense to
me. This is, of course, because I didn't know there was a 'movable location
pointer' or, indeed, a 'default location setting in the options menu'.
I've checked my Options menu - under Tools - (in OE 6) and cannot find
anything about default locations...
