Hi Terry,

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for but it's the best under
the circumstances. The Pro 26 is a dinosaur and obviously about to go
extinct. Don't put yourself through all the trouble of trying to catch up
with the domino effect, one circuit after another is failing. It was a
cheap and dirty little beast to begin with and fraught with intermod and
other problems. Don't waste your time, just get another scanner
considering there are many reasonably priced units on the market today
with much better receivers than what you now use. Remember the receiver
comes first, you can do without all the bells and whistles, concentrate
on what really matters. YUP! You pay more for things you don't really
need, you can get a better receiver for less money if you eliminate the
nonsense.
