Hi Dave,

Since the only information you give is an assumption all someone can give 
for an answer is another assumption. You must first confirm your 
suspicion before we may proceed. One question however, are you trying to 
reclaim a rewritable CD? Are you sure it's not a one shot deal? You don't 
give any hard data on that aspect of the problem either.

Just one rather unrelated thought. The last line in your picturesque tag 
states "Mail is ALWAYS acknowleged - if you don't get a reply please 
re-send." Now when you actually receive mail you reply which would of 
course indicate it was received. Conversely if you don't reply you have 
indicated you did not receive it. What's the point in resending something 
that was not received the first time? What makes you think a resend would 
be received if the first one failed? Just think about it for a minute, 
it's an excersise in futility. I just thought that I would point out why 
I'm sending this reply as a bull as I always reply to bulls with bulls 
rather than with personal mail that rarely gets through.
