Check 144.390 and 145.750, you will find a lot of activity,

I have a GE Mastr III UHF repeater that came with a super neat looking radio
modem made by Electrocomm Automation that is rack mount and consists of two
seperate plug in cards into a 2 inch high 19 inch rackmount housing. The two
cards are a RIM (radio interface module , for converting station alarms to
modem inputs and a Protocol converter, to convert radio data in the EA
proprietary 9600 baud format to a RS-232 serial data link over a 14.4 lease
