Well, there's 3 programs that I know of that you can use for PSK31...
There's twpsk(which requires LessTif), Phaseshift(which requires Qt) and
gpsk(which requires gtk). I prefer twpsk or Phaseshift.
Check 'em out, I've been successful with both Phaseshift and twpsk.

Where did you look before you concluded there weren't any?
The main three (gpsk31, phaseshift and twpsk) are all in the
Linux archive at metalab.unc.edu, waiting to be downloaded.
I've used twpsk and it works well.

Not that much activity-yet-but that's a bonus,unless you like trying to work a
