For me, on Pactor, at least, I need to send a 'really long CQ' in order
to get responses. Typically, I'll make a macro for my COMM program,
and let it run for awhile, while I do other stuff -- but within ear-range, so
I can man the keyboard if someone comesin.
Do you hear people trying to call you, and it doesn't
connect? Or are you just not getting any response at all?
