I'm sure that this thread has been beaten to death in the past, but I
searched around and could not find a Windows app to decode/encode 1200
or 9600 baud packet with a sound card. Can anyone confirm that this
doesn't exists, or point me in the direction of one?
I have, in fact, started writing one of my one. If it turns out to
become functional, I'll notify the group.
Thanks!

Check
http://www.forthnet.gr/sv2agw
It's $28 for TCP/IP or free for just decoding plain AX25. I'm using it to
decode
9600 right now. (It's slightly finicky about what sound card you have.)

There's a couple of ways to do that now. I recommend and use the Win95
version of FlexNet, but I understand that the "AGW" software is pretty good,
too.
Here's where to look:
FlexNet:

Hey that's great! Keep us informed!
If you decide to look over FlexNet, it will save you some time and trouble
to check out my web-site, where I've collected setup info and articles about
FlexNet.

Exactly the point. I've only been talking about "over the air" stuff.

Since we just did a front end for Windows CE, do you (and the other hams in
this group) think a version of PakRatt for the Palm Pilot would be a viable
product?
